Pepsi Las Vegas Trivia!
This is considered the old
plant, there is new facility under construction and I hear at
least partly in production (but thats not confirmed) I
did find a reference online that says it's going to be a
101 million dollar investment in the state by building this
427,000 square foot manufacturing and distribution facility.
The way I hear it The
Pepsi Bottling Group closed 4 exclusive deals in Las Vegas,
with the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian, The Freemont
Street Experience, the Riveria Hotel and Casino and the Las
Vegas Hooters Hotel and Casino. The new facility will
also create another 34 full time jobs from what I read.
That's all pretty exciting!
DO YOU HAVE HAVE
PICTURES OF THE NEW FACILITY?? WOULD YOU LIKE TO SHARE??

people with all degrees of mental retardation. The organization

Clark County Community Food Bank
The Community Food Bank is a network of
people working together to fight hunger and build a better
community. The Food Bank distributes thousands of pounds of food
every year to nearly 100 non-profit agencies assisting hungry
people in Clark County as well as surrounding counties. These
agencies provide thousands of meals and food boxes for many
people each month. (Pepsi helps to support this cause
along with Nabisco and Albertsons)
The San Gennaro Feast-Las Vegas
San Gennaro --
Saint Januarius in English -- is the patron saint of Naples. His
sacred day is September 19th, the anniversary of his martyrdom
in 305 A.D. The money he was attracting was going, in part at
least, to the Catholic Charities of Nevada. The fair itself is
operated by a for-profit corporation, but its ties to the
community are apparent. Students from Bishop Gorman High School
were manning the parking lot, and some of the revenue was
earmarked for their new school campus.
