Pepsi Chicken
2 Liter of Pepsi
10-14 Chicken Legs
2 (salad dressing sized) Bottles of BBQ Sauce
Directions:
Put all your chicken in dutch oven w/lid. Cover it with the BBQ
sauce. Then add Pepsi so that the chicken is almost completely
covered. Put the lid on and set the dutch oven on a hot bed of
coals and cover lid with more coals. Cook 15 - 25 minutes
depending on heat of fire.
Comments:
You may have to add more Pepsi to cover chicken in middle of
cooking. The Pepsi is added to carmelize the chicken and keep it
from burning.

Asian BBQ
This recipe came from a
wonderful Korean friend. She brought it to my first son's
graduation as a "dish to Pass" and I have ordered it for my
other 3 boys graduation parties and several other special
occasions. Have your butcher freeze the meat slightly to get the
right thickness. Be sure to use the highest setting your grill
or keep the charcoal at a high temperature. Some fat is okay.

thin bologna)

3 cups onions
1 1/2 inches fresh ginger
1 clove garlic, soaked in warm water for at least 1 hour
3 1/2-4 lbs white sugar
8-10 cups soy sauce, to taste
3/4 cup sesame oil
2 cups rice wine
1 (2 liters) bottle regular Pepsi
1 bunch of scallions, cut into 1/8 inch pieces
